Open Innermost, go to Settings (or Control Center), then tap "Manage subscription." If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can also manage it directly in your device's subscription settings.
Is my data private?▾

Can I delete my account and data?▾

Is Innermost a replacement for therapy?▾
No. Innermost is designed to complement — not replace — professional mental health care. It's a space for daily reflection, self-understanding, and emotional support between sessions.
