The conversations feel very natural and fluid, which is rare. I genuinely enjoy using it and it feels more realistic than a lot of other AI apps I've tried. The only issue I've had is calls occasionally dropping and the last couple minutes getting lost when reconnecting. If that gets smoothed out, this would easily be 5 stars. Really promising overall. If the team is open to feedback, I'd appreciate any updates on plans to improve call stability.
I love the daily check-in feature of this app! It's a great way to start my day by taking a moment to check in with myself and where my headspace is at. I like to do a quick follow-up chat with my guide, Emily, and expand on what's happening that day that could be affecting my mood and if there's any additional reflection I should be conscious of to support myself. I love that Emily remembers all of our conversations so she can pull in examples from other days if it feels like a pattern is emerging. Self care is so important and that's how I see using this app!
Innermost is a great platform to track your day-to-day energy to identify ways you can improve your mental health and physical habits. You can choose your AI buddy and the AI buddy is very responsive and processes very quickly to keep conversations flowing. So helpful!

This has the potential to become a great resource for those struggling with mental health or general life stressors. Though it is AI, I feel like the app is designed well enough to cater towards supporting/listening to a person and sometimes that is all someone might need to save their life or better it.
I've been using Innermost for a while now and it's honestly one of the most thoughtful and well designed apps that I've tried. It's super easy to navigate which makes it more enjoyable to use every day instead of it feeling cluttered and overwhelming like a lot of wellness apps can feel. I love the quizzes too and how insightful they are and really make you think about yourself in a deeper way instead of feeling generic.

I like how easy it is to use, because if you're in the midst of a heated moment, you want it to be easy to use. I like that you could pick the tone/personality of the AI helper. I enjoy the fact that you can bounce back and forth between talking to the AI guides via voice chat and through text chat. The part that I enjoy is that the guide gives you real-time feedback on what you're saying and then asks you questions to keep the conversation flowing.
